Return, Refunds and exchanges
Please do read cautiously while making a request, the return or exchanging by reading the following you agree that:
If you wish to return any product please keep in mind that it should be in the same condition and packaging that it was given to you.
Refund for Online payment order will be into wallet, Wallet can be used for future orders.
Anything you return must be in good condition and it must be unused with all the manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes should be there like they were in the first place.
Anything you wish to return must be returned within the 7 days of the receipt and please also provide the receipt. There should not be any faulty or damage to the product meaning no fault from your side.
We are only the distributors and not manufacturers therefore if there’s any problem in the product except ( any product that has been delivered to you in damaged condition, it has passed its expiry date, caused during the delivery ) we would not be liable to any problem caused by the product.
According to the rule in Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be delivered or sold to a minor during business operations.
