Ordering
When you have to order something or use our services, you agree to the following conditions.
- When you order an product you are offering to buy at the specified price which is stated next to the product you wish to buy
- When you have placed an order we would acknowledge your order and confirm that we have received the order by email and confirm it will provide the details and the price of your order as well as the progress of your order.
- we allow only one milk box in minimum order amount, you can reach out customer service team after order place if you want additional milk box.
Price and payment
We only accept credit cards (Visa,Mastercard), FPS, PayMe or bank transfer( direct transfer to our accounts). When you have made an order you give us authorization to debit the information you have provided for the price of the order.
When you have cancelled the order you have placed we promise to make a refund, you also agree and accept that we would not be offering any compensation.
When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be processed, and used by us .You agree and accept that you are fully responsible for any losses incurred or made by you during making the credit card transaction, we would not be responsible for such losses.
Refund amount will be refunded only into wallet, You can use for next order.
Registering
While you place an order you are required to register with us, therefore as you register you are confirming that you are above 18 years old.
You agree that while using our services you will provide accurate and true information during the filling of the registration and wont input any false information about yourself.
Regarding the registration, you also agree that we have the full right to terminate your registration if you provide any false or inaccurate info about yourself.
